Greenways Bike Paths Through Bourgogne Wine Country

Arrived in Beaune, France, the Burgundy/ Bourgogne 'wine country,' to much warmer weather than Brugges; a barely comfortable 93 degrees F at 5pm. At least it's not humid here! Headed out on one of the several 'voie verte' bike paths that wound through rolling hills lined with row after row of grape vines. All over this region wine is produced, tasted and sold everywhere in the hundreds of 'caves.' The reds are Pinto Noir and the whites mainly Chardonnay. We are switching our beverage of choice from beer to wine...at least for now!

Ian and Cormac agree that, "Pants are for loosers!"

The Greenways bike paths are clearly marked for us!
