Arrived in Brugge, Belgium with some grey skies and drizzles, but that hasn't stopped us (and everyone else!) from getting out and taking in this beautiful city. Cobble stoned streets line the small roads filled with midieval buildings both grand and modest. The old city is surrounded by a moat, interspersed with peaceful canals, and lots of tourists! Of course, we (Ian in particual) have sought out the world famous Belgain beers and are dutifully making our way through the 300+ varieties. The weather is getting better and we are biking around to see more of the back streets and typical Belgian life here. It's been 26 years since I visited Brugge...still a very special place!
